Adrian has been working in the creative industry for the past two decades. Prior to co-founding The Avenue, he spent over a decade at BJL, one of the UK's most successful advertising agencies, working on wonderful brands like British Airways, Crown Paints, NHS and Subaru. With industry awards in just about every category going - TV, Cinema, Radio, Print, Digital and Ambient, his work has been recognised both nationally and internationally, including D&AD and Cannes. He has also served as a judge for national advertising awards.
Head of Design
Nas has spent 8 years crafting his skills as an exceptional designer since graduating from the MA D&AD course at Man Met. He has a breadth of experience working with luxury brands across a multitude of sectors. He loves a good print brief, but more often than not is working on digital projects where pixels and hex values are his best friends. When he’s not glued to his mac, he can be found either running across the Cheshire countryside or parading his rather fine collection of brightly coloured chinos.
Head of Client Services
Co-founder and Managing Director James maintains a healthy agency and client-side viewpoint. Originally working at a market-leading financial investment house, his passion for business and travel led him to form not one, but two highly successful luxury travel companies. Entrepreneurial by nature, he fully understands marketing's role in business success. When he isn't working, he likes to relax doing nice, gentle things like a savagely brutal, twenty mile assault course for charity. No, you really don't want to try.
Head of Copy
After reading History at the University of Edinburgh, Jessica decided on a career in writing. Five years and hundreds of thousands of words later, she is now at her happiest adding diction to design and wordage to websites. When she’s not furiously typing away, she can often be found channelling her creativity into baking novelty cakes for friends and family. Somewhat ironic when you consider she is also fanatical about fitness.

Dan's career in digital spans over thirteen years. Previously working with global brands like Disney, Marvel, Bacardi and Guinness plus companies in the travel and luxury sectors, Dan brings to the agency a wealth of experience and technical expertise, particularly in web, cloud, e-commerce and databases. Outside the digital world he loves running, Lego, pub quizzes and has a curious penchant for French hip hop. Trés bon, innit.
